1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibition
This application enforces a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all jurisdictions.
Users are strictly prohibited from generating, transmitting, uploading, hosting, or soliciting:
  • Any visual depiction, image, video, or synthetic reproduction involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor (CSAM).
  • Grooming behaviors, including actions intended to establish emotional contact with a minor for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion, digital extortion, harassment, or coercion targeting minors.
  • Child trafficking, sexual solicitation, or inappropriate commercialization of minors.
  • Unsolicited sexual communications or inappropriate interactions directed toward underage users.

2. Age Restrictions & Safeguards
  • Users must satisfy the minimum legal age required to access digital services in their respective country (e.g., COPPA standards, GDPR digital age thresholds, or local telecommunications regulations).
  • Accounts identified as belonging to underage individuals without verified parental authorization will be terminated immediately, and their data will be purged, subject to legal evidence-retention mandates.
  • Minor accounts, where permitted, are subject to restricted default discovery and privacy settings.

3. Proactive Moderation & Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting
  • Content uploaded to the platform is monitored using automated screening tools alongside proactive manual moderation to identify and intercept CSAM and CSAE.
  • Accounts found violating these child safety provisions are subject to immediate, permanent termination without notice.
  • When actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE is identified, records and relevant evidence are immediately escalated and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, as well as to international law enforcement networks (including INTERPOL and national cybercrime authorities) and regional regulatory bodies (such as the EU Digital Services Act authorities and Australia's eSafety Commissioner).

4. In-App Reporting Mechanisms
Users worldwide can report suspected violations directly within the application:
  • Use the Report / Flag option available on every post, profile, comment, or direct message.
  • Select the "Child Abuse / Endangerment / CSAE" category.
  • All reports submitted through this workflow bypass standard queues and are routed directly to safety personnel for immediate review.

5. Designated Safety Point of Contact
For all regulatory inquiries, parent/guardian reports, and law enforcement requests regarding child safety:
  • Contact Entity: Trust & Safety Operations
  • Direct Email: [Insert Your Email ID]
  • Reports submitted to this address are monitored on an urgent basis.

6. Limitation of Liability
This policy forms an integral part of the service Terms and Conditions. The platform operates as an intermediary hosting service. While reasonable technical and operational measures are maintained to enforce safety, individual users remain solely liable for the material they publish or communicate. The platform reserves the right to disclose relevant technical records and data to law enforcement to assist in the investigation and prosecution of crimes involving child abuse
